Tax-Exempt Entities
Many 501(c)(3) organizations, churches, schools, hospital, community centers, condominium boards, housing cooperatives, public facilities and other tax exempt entities are overpaying on their electricity, gas, water, and telephone bills every month.  We can stop the negative cash flow and in many cases generate refunds from past overpayment. Our fee is based on a percentage of your recovery so if you don't recover a refund check or utility bill credit, there is no fee owed.
Manufacturing Facilities
The following states listed below offer sales & use tax exemptions for manufacturing facilities on electricity usage.  As large consumers of electricity, this means substantial future savings for qualifying manufacturers.  Each state has its own set of requirements and procedure to qualify. CIC Energy through its strategic partnership with engineers across the country can perform the required load analysis, energy engineering report, and Predominant Use Study customized to meet the applicable state & utility requirements. The end result is reduced monthly operating cost, and in many cases a boost in working capital from a cash refund going back in some cases 4 years.
